Homefront

Homefront is a first-person shooter video game developed by Kaos Studios and published by THQ. The game tells the story of a resistance movement fighting against a near-future foreign military occupation of the Western United States. It was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2011. After THQ's bankruptcy, the rights of the game were sold to Crytek, who will be developing the game's sequel, Homefront: The Revolution.

Prison Break: The Conspiracy est un jeu vidéo développé par Zootfly et édité par Deep Silver. Il s’agit d’un jeu d'action-aventure, sorti le 19 mars 2010 en Allemagne, le 26 mars 2010 dans le reste de l'Europe et le 30 mars 2010 en Amérique du Nord, sur PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 et PC.
L'histoire se déroule en parallèle de la première saison de la série télévisée américaine à succès Prison Break¹. Le joueur y incarne Tom Paxton, un agent du Cartel, incarcéré dans le pénitencier de Fox River afin de découvrir les réelles motivations de Michael Scofield dans ce lieu. Tout au long de son aventure, le joueur rencontrera les différents protagonistes de la série et revivra certaines situations connues.

Watch Dogs (typographié WATCH_DOGS, trad. litt. : « Les chiens de garde ») est un jeu vidéo d'action-aventure et d'infiltration développé par les studios Ubisoft Montréal et Ubisoft Reflections. Il est annoncé par Ubisoft lors de sa conférence à l'E3 2012². Le jeu est sorti le 27 mai 2014 sur PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 et Xbox One³ et en novembre 2014 sur Wii U⁴.
Le titre Watch Dogs fait référence au personnage du jeu qui se présente comme le gardien de Chicago. Cependant, l’omniprésence de l'informatique dans le jeu est aussi présent dans le titre. En informatique, un watchdog est en effet une procédure s'exécutant généralement à intervalles réguliers afin de vérifier certains points cruciaux garantissant un minimum d'intégrité au système ou au programme. En cas de situation anormale détectée, le watchdog pourra simplement déclencher une alarme (exemple : envoyer un email à quelqu'un) ou plus souvent lancer une procédure radicale supposée résoudre le problème à coup sûr (exemple : reboot du système ou redémarrage d'un service interrompu).
